Full time job, worked / have interest working in MNC company / Liaison buying house - Dutch retailers.

• Manage the efficient operations and execution of all the merchandising activities and sourcing operations for the brand and collaborate with different business partners. Represent the best interests of the brand internally and externally and ensure KPIs achieved.

• Be a good team player, listener and communicator.       

• Good clear English language communication skills, speaking and written.        

• Be confident to visit factories, work with factory teams, evaluate production quality, and understand production output dynamics.       

• Flag issues, escalate risk and bring solutions.        

• Record all developments and production on tracking spread sheets and share weekly·        

• Be presentable for work, punctual on time keeping.·        

• Understand social compliance, CSR and sustainability initiatives.        

• Build good working relationships with Suppliers and Buyers·        

• Develop product, cost, negotiate, achieve fit success, monitor production, ship the right quality on time.       

• Spot product opportunities in factories, and share intelligence with Buyers·        

• Good calendar management and product planning
