Job Context:
∎ This is a full-time job located in our Uttara office, Dhaka
∎ Working hours will be from 9:30 AM till 6:30 PM but will need to work for more hours whenever required
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare costing in all product categories.
∎ Follow up all kinds of development & production samples such as Proto, Fit, PP, Size Set, Test, Shipment sample as per buyer's requirements.
∎ Ensure all required submissions and approvals are obtained as per the TNA including sample, fabric, trims, and tests.
∎ Update production progress to the Merchandising Manager on a daily basis.
∎ Follow up with buyers, suppliers, factories, bank, commercial department for timely shipment of goods as per buyers specification and schedule.
∎ Make colour summary against confirm order, collect colour standard, lap dips preparation for Yarn/Fabric/Trims as per standard, submit to the buyer for approval and pass the comments to respective material supplier within the time frame.
∎ Candidates having a sound knowledge on EDI, PLM system in terms of PO receiving, Updating, Scan & Packing, prepare packing list and shipment registration will get preference.
∎ Maintain Fabric & Trims booking and in-house on time and Assist the procurement team to source Fabric,trims,accessories as buyer standard.
∎ Coordinate with Production & Planning Team in order to deliver on time shipment and To work with QA team in terms of Production and Quality issues.
∎ Monitoring the production & follow-up all the Shipment scheduled.
∎ To ensure 3rd Party Inspection Booking (In-Line & Final) and monitor the inspection & collect the Buyer approval within the day.
∎ To ensure Shipment booking are given as per schedule and follow up goods handover on time.
∎ Must have capability to handle any new customer independently.
∎ Must be positive and should be able to perform any task assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having knowledge on graphic designing will get preference
Salary: Negotiable
