Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Bachelor of science (BSC) in Textile Technology at Reputed University.

• At least 3 years

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Must have extensive experience of product development, sourcing of materials, costing, production tracking and execution of orders independently.

• Must be knowledgeable of Product costing, specifically Knit and Woven fabric properties, fabric printing, and surface applications (e.g., heat transfer, embroideries, screen-printing), Kidswear product safety and integrity.

• Have sound knowledge of fabrics and an excellent network of fabric, print, embroidery & trims suppliers

• Should have excellent understanding of technical / production process.

• Must be capable to handle buyers independently in tremendous pressure with aggressive marketing attitude.

• Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English.

• Strong presentation and delivery skills.

• At least 3 years’ experience in this position.

• The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Garments, Textile.

• Must be an expert on knit and woven.

• Fluent in speaking and writing English.

• Creativity, Innovation and flair.

• Ability to generate ideas and concepts.

• A pro-active approach.

• Honest, dedicated, and hard-working.

• Candidates having frequent job-switching tendencies need not apply.

• Self-motivated working team player and able to work under pressure.

• An eye for color and a feel for fabrics and materials.

• Ensure production and samples follow up with factories and related procedures.

• Visit factories regularly to get market intelligence.

• Work closely with the fabric mills and suppliers ahead of design packs to develop new fabrics and finishes to reduce lead time.

• Communicate with buyers on day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals.

• Source trims, accessories, and fabrics (both overseas and local).

• Mobile Bill.

• Salary Review: Yearly.

• Festival Bonus: 2

• Ration KPI based on work efficiency.

• Salary is paid on 3rd to 5th day of every month
