Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate/ B.Sc in Textile from any recognized university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Merchandising, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Production Management (Spinning), Production Management (Washing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The person should have in-depth knowledge in Accessories.
∎ To set overall planning for Accessories to the buyer as per TNA.
∎ Excellent understand on Accessories of developing any type of knit fabrics.
∎ To communicate, coordinate and administration the functions of Accessories teams and ensuring their best performance with motivation.
∎ To provide necessary guideline to ensure smooth & quality production as per Buyer requirement.
∎ To monitor the production flow on regular basis to ensure proper executions align with plan.
∎ Keep close communication with the production units, maintaining a very close coordination with the factory production & head office merchant team.
∎ To coordinate with garments, Dyeing, Knitting, Printing, Washing, Flat Bed Printing & merchandising team & Buyers.
∎ To generate all kinds of report, as required by the Management / Buyers.
∎ Having depth knowledge about Consumption, Costing, Accessories booking indent as marker consumption.
∎ Candidate must have capability of all sorts of development and production follow-up.
∎ To corresponds with buyer and supplier to ensure the smooth production.
∎ Maintaining all kinds of reports pertinent to the unit activities.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5-7 years of working experience in the area of Accessories management preferably in Garments Industries.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Familiar in oversea fabric and accessories purchases.
∎ Able to handle different buyer's orders like Kappa, SRG, Spring Field, C&A, Kaufland, independently
∎ Possess good personality and leadership skill having excellent interpersonal communication skill.
∎ Strong mail correspondence skill having good command in English.
∎ Computer skill is a must having excellent skill on excel
Salary: Negotiable
