∎ Graduate/ Masters from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Knitting & Weaving), Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility about quality in full production up to shipment.
∎ Independently Communicate & correspondent with buyers.
∎ Set appropriate quality standards and tolerances (within acceptable limits) with regards to raw material and production quality
∎ Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) tool is in place & working.
∎ Monitor to identify loopholes during Knitting of garment in terms of quality measurement .
∎ Supervise inline quality & quantity check as per production order
∎ Recommend and take corrective actions against deviations and follow up accordingly
∎ Monitor random inspection at final stage
∎ Oversee the day to day functions with QA, PD, Merchandising, Planning and Design & Development department to ensure buyer requirements & compliance
∎ Management of client/buyer's requirements in case of any non-conforming products
∎ Train and grow local resources in terms of technical skills.
∎ Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
∎ Communicate all quality-related decisions and issues effectively to all relevant internal and external parties, (customers and suppliers) to assure the consistency of standards, and providing quality related information to the required persons and the management to facilitate decision making.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 6/8 Years experience as Manager in a large knitting factory.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good communication skills in English.
∎ Good command of quality control processes
Salary: Negotiable
