∎ Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years of experience in merchandising within the RMG sector, preferably with exposure to both knit and woven products.
∎ Strong knowledge of textile materials, costing, and production processes.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to effectively collaborate with teams and meet buyer expectations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead product development to create designs that meet client expectations and trends.
∎ Use CAD/design skills to help visualize and adjust product details.
∎ Have a strong understanding of denim fabric sourcing and washing processes to ensure quality and meet Primark’s standards.
∎ Manage the sampling process from start to finish, ensuring samples align with design and quality goals.
∎ Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers, maintaining excellent correspondence and presentation skills for clear updates and approvals.
