Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ Any reputed Public Medical College along with BMDC number.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide Medical Support all workers in the factory.
∎ Provide age estimation and fitness certificate followed by physical interview with the workers during recruitment.
∎ Medical examination determine for particular workers who work under health hazard exposure and recommend their categorical health check up on a periodical basis.
∎ Minor injury analysis and submit the report to the management.
∎ Giving training & awareness to the workers and medical team at floors on occupational health.
∎ Planning, organizing and leading Medical team including medical assistant and nurse.
∎ Maintaining close liaison with the nearest hospitals/clinics to make sure faster treatment and medical services there, if required.
∎ Maintain all medical tools, equipment and machines in a proper order.
∎ Maintain serious accident register, medicine issue and receipt register.
∎ To ensure/check up status of patients with suggestion and prescription to patients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have registration as a medical practitioner.
∎ Working experience in Garments sector will be given preference
Salary: Negotiable
