Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ Skills Required: Medical Officer
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To attend patients at indoor.
∎ To implement & provide primary health care services.
∎ Ensure overall health & safety issues of the workers and staffs periodically.
∎ Medical fitness test for new workers.
∎ Medical check-up for pregnant workers.
∎ Recommend maternity leave of pregnant workers according to labor law.
∎ Check the health status of babies at child care center and maintain register.
∎ Medicine maintenance as per doctor's requirement.
∎ Administer first aid to workers when necessary.
∎ Provide first aid to emergency patients and take necessary actions to refer them to specialized to nearby Govt. Hospitals/ specialized hospitals for better management with information to the factory management.
∎ Supervise the works of Medical Assistant and nurse.
∎ Conduct seminar on hygiene, first-aid, occupational health or any epidemic break out.
∎ Recommend sick leave for workers & staffs according to rules and regulations of the company.
∎ Training Provide for workers health awareness.
∎ Maintain accident register.
∎ Prepare requisition for medicine as per demand and submit to the administration.
∎ Plan strategically to keep and maintain a good and healthy occupational environment.
∎ Conduct health related training program to create awareness about health and hygiene.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good leadership and commitment to a safe working environment ensuring workplace health and safety initiatives.
∎ Office Time 9:00 AM To 2:00 PM Weekly 6 Days.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
