Job Responsibility:

• Plan, schedule and execute all kinds of preventive and breakdown maintenance in feed mill

• Coordinate with production and purchase department to prepare maintenance plan and to ensure spare parts availability

• Maintain reorder level of spare parts

• Prepare annual maintenance budget, provide schedule expenditure plan, track the budget over the year and ensure that all maintenance works are done within approved budget

• Establish safety structure in feed mill as per guidelines of Occupational Safety Structure (OSS) and ensure it’s effective implementation and utilization

• Ensure all safety parameters are maintained during maintenance to reduce lost time accident and provide safety counselling to all staffs

• Ensure all operational data are recorded

• Any other task assigned by the management.
