Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. / Diploma in Mechanical from any reputed university.
∎ In case of experienced candidate's educational qualifications can be considered.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare maintenance plan for woven.
∎ To ensure operating equipment are in proper working condition.
∎ Maintain machines in appropriate manner to achieve maximum output of its total operating life.
∎ Manpower allocation of concerned section against assign jobs and properly monitoring to meet the goal.
∎ Ensure machine breaks down as less as possible by properly use of man, machine and spare parts.
∎ Make sure all machines are up-to-date and able to perform properly.
∎ Ensure seamless flow of all utility services.
∎ Distribute duty arrangement of maintenance staffs.
∎ Check the monthly requirement to arrange spare parts.
∎ Troubleshoot the critical problem and take decision after discussing with higher management to overcome.
∎ Arrange machines from outside, if required.
∎ Check various machine maintenance report and take necessary action according to the report.
∎ Ensure Machines are installed and maintained as per safety standard (BNBC, Accord, and Alliance etc.).
∎ To perform any other jobs as and when advised by the higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Power Equipment/Generator (Gas & Diesel), Boiler, Compressor.
∎ Willing to stay near at factory premises.
∎ Able to maintain compliance related issues.
∎ Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills, both written and oral English.
∎ Should be a good team player.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications.
∎ Ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
∎ Trouble shooting knowledge.
∎ Good motivational skills.
∎ Should have knowledge on erection, commission, operation & maintenance regarding the boils, generator compressor, ETP, WTP, FDS, FPS, lighting system & lift, etc.
∎ The candidates should have the capabilities to sort out any type of problems of production related machines.
Salary: Negotiable
