∎ Skills Required: Engineering, Maintenance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3 to 4 years experience in same position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Sweater Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, coordinate and execute all maintenance activities (both Scheduled and unscheduled).
∎ Observe, study and prepare a draft on the issue/problem (Performance loss, breakdown, quality faults, less efficiency in any specific machine/equipment/process).
∎ Find out the root cause and prepare alternative suggestions to solve it & ensure trouble shooting.
∎ Maintain overall mechanical work of the factory.
∎ Submit the issue and solution to higher management for permanent rectification and also work on continuous improvement.
∎ Make availability of resources and carry out the job within defined time frame.
∎ Monitor the performance and provide regular feedback in the documented form and upkeep all documents for future reference.
∎ Responsible for maintenance, repair and installation of all mechanical instruments of the establishment.
∎ Ensure the safety of visitors and working people according to compliance with occupational safety & environment regulation.
∎ Communicate with various mechanical equipment’s supplier to solve various machines problem.
∎ Should have deep knowledge on Auto CAD.
∎ Keep update the top management of any type of mechanical issues.
∎ Capable to reduce various maintenance cost.
∎ Good knowledge of gas generator, diesel generator, boiler, air compressor, wash machine, dryer machine, jacquard machine, sewing machine and linking machine.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have MIEB No.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the area of engineering.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Candidate should be dynamic, hardworking, innovative and self-motivated.
