Additional Requirements:
- Must be hardworking, honest, and ready to join immediately.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a construction company.
- Proven expertise in maintenance and repair of heavy construction equipment, including:
- Excavators
- Cranes
- Piling hammers
- Generators
- Experience in preventive maintenance planning and execution.
- Hands-on experience with tools, testing equipment, and technical manuals.
- Sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults independently.
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers and vendors for parts and repairs.
- Willingness to work in outdoor and high-pressure environments.
Responsibilities & Context:
- The current running project is in Rajshahi.
