Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Hands on experience in meat processing, cutting and packaging meats as per customers requirement
∎ 2. Specialized slaughtering method, measurement process and weighting of processed meat.
∎ 3. Cutting and portioning of all types of meat like chicken, duck, goat and beef etc.
∎ 4. Good knowledge in Quality Assurance and Quality Control
∎ 5. Grading and packaging of meats as per customer demand
∎ 6. Ability to rotate order, store, stock of raw materials

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in raw meat, processed meat, frozen food handling
∎ Have profound experience in factory operation
∎ Computer proficiency and reporting will be considered as extra qualification

Salary: Negotiable
