Job Context:
∎ Contract Duration: 30 September 2022
∎ Start Date: 01 October 2021
∎ Location: Cox`s Bazar district
∎ Supervise and guide the activities of respective MEAL Assistants (allocated as per Cox’s cluster approach). Work with respective DPMs and ensure the development, implementation and maintenance of the MEAL Plan for each projects.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Each MEAL Officer will be assigned for selected ACF’s clusters to ensure the MEAL support for all projects implementing in their clusters.
∎ Supervise/guide the activities of respective MEAL Assistants (allocated as per Cox’s cluster approach).
∎ Work with DPMs & contribute to develop, implementation and maintenance of the MEAL Plans.
∎ Contribute in the implementation of the robust MEAL system in Cox’s Bazar.
∎ Contribute in the collection and reporting of data as required by the donors and ACF management.
∎ Contribute in the data flow/collection and annual internal DQA for all required projects.
∎ Contribute in the analysis of data in order to inform outputs and outcomes of all relevant projects.
∎ Contribute in the support to IPs in all aspects of the MEAL.
∎ Finally, contribute to complete and/or implement- Beneficiary Registration, Activity monitoring, Service Registers, Process Monitoring, Tab and web based MIS (PDA), Activity Performance Reports (APRs), MIS Dashboards, Data feedback, Fraud and corruption, Exposure visit.
∎ Together with Senior Officer- MEAL, Deputy Program Managers and Implementing Partners, as per Cox needs, contribute to design accountability minimum standards.
∎ Contribute to implement these minimum standards.
∎ Contribute to do analysis of feedback and complaints received by partners.
∎ Contribute in the quality accountability report on quarterly basis.
∎ Together with Senior Officer- MEAL, Deputy Program Managers and Implementing Partners, contribute to conduct Focus Group Discussion and Case studies.
∎ Contribute in organizing experience sharing sessions at Cox level.
∎ Contribute to prepare reports (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, yearly & end of project) at Cox level.
∎ Contribute to prepare other reports or analysis to be shared with the donors or external stakeholder.
∎ Represent ACF-MEAL team and/or ACF in the meetings at Cox level organized by the stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in working on projects funded by major international donors
∎ Technical background in WASH, Nutrition/health and/or FSL is a plus
∎ Knowledge in Database management and statistical analysis
∎ Knowledge in teaching methods and in the facilitation of meetings/training sessions / Knowledge of quality control and accountability approaches.
∎ Ability to plan ahead and output oriented (proactive), adhere to deadlines and respect line management, travel to rural /remote areas

Salary: Tk. 55000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1-month basic salary twice per year.
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary.
∎ Performance Bonus: Depending on performance.
