∎ Under overall guidance and supervision of Program Manager-Info Hubs, s/he will responsible for ensuring the development, implementation, and need based modification of the MEAL Plan of “GIZ Info-hubs intervention in Cox’s Bazar 2021 -2023” project and s/he will monitor of the project activities and will provide necessary recommendation for improvement.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ OBJECTIVE 1: Establishing And Implementing A Robust Meal System Adapted By The Info Hubs Intervention Project
∎ Work with Program Manager-Info Hubs & develop implementation and maintenance of the MEAL Plan for the project by the technical support from MEAL Manager/Head of Department-MEAL.
∎ Conduct regular field visits and monitor the project’s interventions and activities.
∎ Contribute in the implementation of the robust MEAL system;
∎ Contribute in the collection and reporting of data as required by the donors and ACF management;
∎ Contribute in the regular analysis of data in order to inform outputs & outcomes of the project;
∎ Contribute to complete and/or implement- beneficiary/participants selection and registration, activity monitoring, process monitoring, Tab and web based MIS, Activity Progress Reports (APRs), MIS Dashboards, Data feedback, exposure visit, quarterly field findings & reflection Meetings, best practice/case study documentation, FGD & KII, KAP Surveys, training follow-up assessments, household/facility surveys, and cross-cutting themes.
∎ OBJECTIVE 2: Contribute Surveys, Assessment, Iec Materials Development And Capacity Building Trainings
∎ Support any M&E and Technical activities (KAP surveys, items distribution, mass information campaigns, etc.)
∎ Participate in the context specific study through stakeholder’s consultations
∎ Participate in the organization of surveys and evaluations.
∎ Provide due support and/or participate in any external/internal assessments if needed.
∎ Produce GIS map,
∎ Contribute and design project document and progress report
∎ Development of user-friendly training documents and IEC materials related to info hub project
∎ Develop materials to enhance the capacity of Info Hub Entrepreneurs, Apprentices, and Community Mobilizer-Info Hubs, livelihood beneficiary groups, ICT training participants and local stakeholders
∎ Together with Program Manager-Info Hubs, conduct Focus Group Discussion and Case studies;
∎ OBJECTIVE 3: Ensuring Accountability And Strengthening Learning And Knowledge Sharing
∎ Together with Program Manager-Info Hubs and MEAL Manager/MEAL team, as per needs, contribute to design accountability minimum standards;
∎ Contribute to implement accountability minimum standards;
∎ On a regular basis, contribute to do analysis of feedback and complaints received by the project supported Info Hubs;
∎ Contribute in the quality accountability report on quarterly basis.
∎ Support data entry efforts whenever it’s required
∎ Takes care of the equipment assigned to the staff
∎ Periodically asses the capacity & performance of the project beneficiaries as well as frontline staffs.
∎ Contribute in organizing experience sharing sessions at Project area;
∎ OBJECTIVE 4: External presentation reporting and others
∎ Closely work with Program Manager-Info Hubs, MEAL Manager, Head of Department-MEAL and GIZ other partners
∎ Meeting and workshop with relevant stakeholders as per guidance from the Program Manager-Info Hubs.
∎ Contribute to prepare reports (monthly, bi-monthly, semi-annually, yearly & end of project);
∎ Contribute to prepare other reports or analysis to be shared with the donors or external stakeholder;
∎ Contribute and design project different reports, produce map, design project materials and presentation
∎ Represent ACF-MEAL team and/or ACF in the meetings at Upazila level organized by the authorities and other stakeholders.
∎ Be committed to participate to any other activities in order to achieve the project goals
∎ This job description is not exhaustive and may be changed or amended by the Program Manager-Info Hubs or MEAL Manager, or MEAL-HoD when necessary, depending on the program needs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous field experience in quantitative & qualitative surveys/assessments, data gathering, interviews, PRA tools, FGDs and information triangulation/verification
∎ Previous experience in KAP survey & IT activities would be an asset
∎ Experience in facilitation of meetings/training sessions specific to MEAL
∎ Experience in quality control and accountability approaches;
∎ Desirable: Knowledge and background in Food Security and Livelihoods would be an asset;
∎ Knowledge in MEAL systems in emergency & development contexts and Knowledge of evaluation methods will get preference.

Salary: Tk. 55000 (Monthly)
