Experience:
To coordinate and implement the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) activities of the POWER Project and ensure regular monitoring, data collection, verification, analysis and reporting of project activities, outputs and outcomes.
Implement and regularly update the Project Monitoring Plan, Results Framework/Logframe and Indicator Tracking System.
Conduct regular field monitoring visits and prepare monitoring reports.
Monitor project outputs and outcomes and review progress against targets.
Collect, manage, verify and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
Conduct Data Quality Assessments (DQA), data verification and source document checks.
Maintain and regularly update beneficiary/participant and indicator tracking databases.
Monitor progress of Climate Clubs, Women-led Climate Forums, Community Mobilization, awareness sessions, DRR, climate resilience, GBV prevention and women’s leadership activities.
Monitor and document classroom sessions, courtyard meetings, campaigns, trainings, dialogues, climate-adaptive agriculture and CSO capacity-building activities.
Prepare M&E data and progress information for monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reporting.
Provide required M&E information in accordance with UN Women/WPHF reporting requirements.
Support baseline, mid-term, end-line/final evaluations and other assessments/research activities.
Support collection, analysis and follow-up of feedback received through the Community Feedback and Response Mechanism (CFRM).
Ensure monitoring of Gender Equality, Women’s Leadership, Inclusion, Safeguarding, PSEA and Do No Harm principles.
Collect and document evidence for Lessons Learned, Good Practices, Success Stories and Case Studies.
Provide technical support to project staff, Community Mobilizers, CSOs/Partners and field-level staff on M&E tools, data collection and reporting.
Provide feedback and recommendations to the Project Manager/Project Coordinator based on monitoring findings.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Development Studies, Statistics, Social Science or a relevant subject.
Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E/MEAL in the NGO/Development sector.
Experience in M&E of UN/INGO/Donor-funded projects will be an advantage.
Experience in Gender Equality, Women’s Empowerment, Climate Change, Disaster Risk Reduction, GBV Prevention or Community Development will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of Results-Based Management (RBM), Logframe, Results Framework and Indicator Tracking.
Strong skills in data collection, data analysis and Data Quality Assurance.
Good proficiency in MS Excel, data management and reporting.
Experience with KoboToolbox/ODK or similar digital data collection platforms will be an advantage.
Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
Strong report writing skills in both Bangla and English.
Good analytical, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
