Educational Requirements:

∎ JOB PURPOSE
∎ The purpose of this role is responsible for developing language course and training modules for the Rohingya and host facilitators/teachers by communication and collaboration with material developers, illustrators, translators, graphic designer, sector and NGO personnel for different levels.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to develop the English Language Course materials and also the supplementary materials related to the course.
∎ Skilled in training module development for the trainings.
∎ Providing training on the developed materials with different stakeholders (teachers, trainers, translators, GO and NGO personnel at different level).
∎ Responsible to conduct various workshops, FGD, meetings with the NGO personnel.
∎ Great stakeholder management skills to maintain liaison with National, Regional and International consultants for developing materials and training module.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of working experience in relevant field.
∎ Facilitation skills and using different training methods and techniques.
∎ Have report writing skills and research conducting skills..
∎ Skilled in data analysis & training tools development.
∎ Clear knowledge on educational system and curriculum, pedagogical concept and clear perception of training related aspects..
∎ Skills on organizing events, workshops and meetings at all levels.
