Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Actively pursue and achieve sales targets by promoting food products to potential customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and direct consumers.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs, concerns, or questions about the products.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s food products, including ingredients, nutritional value, shelf life, and pricing. Be able to communicate this information clearly to customers.
Market Research: Keep track of competitor products, market trends, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for new sales or product improvements.
Order Management: Ensure orders are processed accurately and follow up with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Promotional Activities: Assist in organizing and executing promotional campaigns, tastings, or events that help increase product visibility and boost sales.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, customer trends, and competitor activity to management.
Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with customers, ensuring a win-win outcome that benefits both the company and the client.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of food products, ensuring sufficient supply to meet demand and avoid overstocking or stock outs.
Responsible to fulfill Individual & team sales target.
