About the Role:
Ace Corp. is seeking a Marketing Operations & Growth Assistant to join our dynamic team. You’ll collaborate closely with our US-based marketing team to execute marketing initiatives, manage operations, and help drive brand growth.
This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, analytical, and eager to build a career in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
* Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics.
* Handle day-to-day operations — content posting, CRM updates, and lead tracking.
* Research and suggest new marketing ideas for the North American market.
* Assist with ad campaigns, marketing automation, and digital tools.
* Communicate regularly with the US team for smooth project execution.
Requirements:
* Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable.
* Basic understanding of marketing concepts, digital tools, and analytics.
* Ability to take initiative and work independently.
* Experience in marketing, operations, or admin support preferred.
