Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsibility of the Marketing Team:
∎ 1. Analyzing and verifying RFQs (Request for Quotations) from various wholesale shops/importers, understanding them thoroughly, and if not understood, seeking assistance from the admin team to collect competitive rates.
∎ 2. Collecting samples as per the directives of the admin team according to the requirements of NGOs and submitting the samples to the office in a timely manner.
∎ 3. Upon receiving a work order, collecting the lowest rates from wholesalers/importers for purchasing goods and assisting the admin team in creating a CS (Comparative Statement). The performance of the marketing team will be evaluated based on this.
∎ 4. Purchasing products and providing delivery as per the guidelines of the admin team.
∎ 5. Occasionally packaging products and preparing them for delivery as needed.
∎ 6. Submitting invoices to various NGO offices on time according to the guidelines of the admin team.
