Job Context:
∎ Laksura enterprise is a fast-growing E-commerce online shopping company in Bangladesh. We also provide some offline services. We are looking for somr e-commerce digital marketing specialist for our E-commerce segment with a strong background in Digital Sales, Marketing, or Business.
∎ The person in this role will work closely with the senior management team and should have the mastery and innovative approaches to increase customer traffic to make Alif world a number one E-commerce platform in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate the strategies, develop a business plan and process flow.
∎ Ensure significant business growth of the e-commerce segment in a very professional and result-oriented way.
∎
∎ Coordinate with the senior management to develop a sales plan, budget, and strategy.
∎
∎ Monitor competitor's products, Initiatives, and marketing strategies.
∎ Develop and handle the campaigns of different types of products and subsequently evaluate the effectiveness.
∎
∎ Monitor the order management team and make sure that all the customers can place their orders smoothly.
∎
∎ Build strong relationships with the agents and communicate with them regularly to solve their queries and problems.
∎
∎ Analyze the competitor's market data and develop a strategy to attain a competitive advantage.
∎
∎ Build a positive working relationship with existing clients for repeat business.
∎
∎ Motivate and guide sales team to achieve revenue targets.
∎
∎ Maintain close contact with the IT, graphics, and branding team for all types' promotional activities.
∎
∎ Get in touch with the customer support and issue resolution team for a better customer service

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
