Django Web Framework, Ecommerce, Full Stack Development, react js, Software Project Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Senior Software Engineer, you will have a broad range of responsibilities:
∎ Coding solutions on React and Python;
∎ Manage existing cloud infrastructure to support application migration pipelines and other workloads across Cloud Service Providers.
∎ airing with product teams and software engineers to develop easy to use infrastructure for development and production application models.
∎ Work with automation extensively to manage infrastructure on the cloud using "Server Configuration and Automation" and "Infrastructure Build" tools.
∎ Manage, debug, and scale cloud database infrastructure.
∎ Developing new features for the ecommerce platform, bug fixing , security vulnerabilities fixes, deployments in production, production outage analysis and fixing;
∎ Review work estimates, code and deliverables of technical team members and provide oversight of solution builds. Build highly scalable products, maintain security of data and stability of the platform;
∎ Ensure correct usage of industry standard software and frameworks;
∎ Coach less-experienced members of your team;
∎ Grow the internal information technology development organization; manage and recruit a multi-disciplinary, high-performance technology team;
∎ Provide advice and contribute to update the system architecture;
∎ Participating in technical discussion with the partners around the globe;
∎ Guarantee usage and conformity of projects according to software development methodologies and rules;
∎ Guide teams (front-end, back-end, Infra) for taking the right decision for critical problems;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 6+ years of development experience on React, JS, Python, Django tech stack;
∎ 3+ years of experience as a tech team lead;
∎ 5+ years of experience in was
∎ Solid understanding of cloud computing(Azure, AWS)
∎ Extremely good in software problem solving;
∎ Proficient in written and oral English with excellent communication and people skills;
∎ Strong presentation capabilities and ability to convey ideas in a concise manner;
∎ Key Skills:
∎ We are looking for a profile with:
∎ Experience in full stack development (React and Python/Django);
∎ Experience with Slack JIRA, GIT, CI-CD pipelines;
∎ Basic understanding in cloud management;
∎ Ability to adapt to new technologies to meet the changing demands of scalability and manage traffic and load on the server;
∎ Experienced with managing security, external authentication, third party security, API authentication Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively;
∎ Experience in tech team leading;
∎ Good communication and problem-solving skills;
∎ Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics;
∎ Strong understanding of software development life cycle, OOP, Software design principles and design patterns as well as troubleshooting and debugging;
∎ Experience in API development and micro-service architecture;
∎ Solid understanding in Relational Database Design and SQL.
∎ Open personality and superior communication skills to lead both, the process and the people in transforming an idea into a successful implementation.
