Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be expert in IT.
∎ Must Be expert In Accounting.
∎ Must be expert in Public Relation.
∎ Monitor & Coordinate overall operation of the Company.
∎ Coordinate with all the department from Head office to plant and report to the Top management.
∎ Plan and organize production schedule & ensure quality yarn production.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of manpower
∎ Ensure overall smooth operation of the organization to maximize business.
∎ Plan, implement and take corrective actions with concern of management for all the department.
∎ Any other Assigned duties by the management.
∎ Car Facilities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 250000 - 300000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Weekly 2 holidays, Insurance, Over time allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
