∎ Collect and analyze information on market demand, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.Sales and Marketing Strategies:
∎ Develop strategies and plans to increase the sales of fishery products.
∎ Conduct brand promotion and manage marketing activities.Customer Relationship Management:
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
∎ Gather feedback from customers and implement necessary changes to improve products and services.Achieving Sales Targets:
