Responsibilities & Context: - Strategic Planning Marketing Strategy Development:
- Design marketing plans tailored to the real estate market.
- Identify target audiences for specific properties or projects.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
- Use insights to adjust marketing strategies and identify opportunities.
- Campaign Execution Digital Marketing: Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and run paid campaigns on channels like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Use SEO, PPC, and email marketing to drive traffic to the company’s website.
- Traditional Marketing: Design brochures, flyers, and advertisements for print media.
- Organize events, such as property launches or open houses.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling property listings, blog posts, and promotional videos.
- Highlight the unique selling points (USPs) of properties through creative storytelling.
- Lead Generation and Sales Support
- Lead Management: Generate and nurture leads through marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- CRM Management: Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track leads and measure campaign success.
- Brand Development
- Brand Positioning: Create and maintain a strong brand identity for the company.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing materials.
- Public Relations (PR): Build relationships with media outlets and handle press releases.
- Respond to public and media inquiries about the company or properties.
