Responsibilities & Context:
Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans.
- Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to reach them effectively.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay updated on trends.
Campaign Management
- Execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Manage property advertisements on platforms such as websites, social media, and print media.
- Organize promotional events, open houses, or property expos.
Digital Marketing
- Create and manage content for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective communication with leads and clients.
- Use SEO and online advertising (e.g., Google Ads) to drive website traffic
Content Creation
- Write and edit marketing materials such as property descriptions, brochures, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with designers to create eye-catching visuals for campaigns.
- Develop promotional videos and photography for properties.
Lead Generation and Management
- Generate and nurture leads through campaigns, events, and advertisements.
- Maintain and update databases of clients and prospects.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and handover of qualified leads to the sales team
