∎ Any training related to sales will be considered an additional qualification and should be mentioned in the application.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ফ্ল্যাট ও জমির শেয়ারের জন্য কার্যকর মার্কেটিং স্ট্র্যাটেজি তৈরি ও বাস্তবায়ন
∎ সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া ও অন্যান্য ডিজিটাল প্ল্যাটফর্মে বিজ্ঞাপন পরিচালনা।
∎ সম্ভাব্য ক্রেতাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ ও সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা।
∎ বাজার বিশ্লেষণ ও প্রতিযোগিতামূলক স্ট্র্যাটেজি নির্ধারণ।
∎ সেলস টার্গেট পূরণের জন্য সক্রিয়ভাবে প্রচেষ্টা করা।
∎ রিয়েল এস্টেট লেনদেনের প্রক্রিয়া পরিচালনা ও ডকুমেন্টেশন সম্পন্ন করা
∎ ফ্ল্যাট বিক্রয়ে কমপক্ষে ৫ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ অফিসের পাশাপাশি ক্লায়েন্ট মিটিং এবং সাইট ভিজিটে অংশগ্রহণ।
∎ ইংরেজি ও বাংলায় চমৎকার যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা।
