Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc / B. Sc. in Textile Engineering.
∎ M. Sc in Animal Husbandry or any related discipline from any reputed Agriculture University
Experience Requirements:

Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Buying House, Chemical Industries
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve company's sales target set by the management and prepare periodic statement accordingly.
∎ Coordinate with service department to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
∎ Analyze competitor's strategy & behavior, business performance, product performance of each segment and prepare counter strategy reports.
∎ Collect and analyze the data for preparing marketing strategy.
∎ Visit potential and existing customers to communicate about product, services and assess requirements in order to ensure.
∎ increased sales volume by understanding the customer needs.
∎ Identifying new customer opportunities and should be capable of new business development and promotion with the new company.
∎ Ensure that the planning manager determine fix delivery schedule (date and sequence of implementing his order in the lines. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all the activities related to order collection, sourcing, pricing, negation, order placement , order follow up and proceed realization. Responsible for Feed additives (Feed Enzymes) Sales
∎ Conduct frequent meeting with feed mill.
∎ Communication with the customers for sales and promotional activities.
∎ Keep the sales target information of the product and will work according to plan.
∎ Daily/weekly/Monthly basis reporting on visited feed factory and related issue.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to cordially greet and converse with clients in both English and Bengali.
∎ Must have basic knowledge about textile chemical sector.
∎ Having professional certificate and Knowledge of agricultural feeds also encourage to apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Sales, Marketing, Corporate Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Textile Engineering.
∎ Supervise the emergency order for quick delivery.
∎ Must have significant expertise to manage dyeing activities.
∎ Must be computer literate.
∎ Must be highly energetic, honest and to be able to perform under pressure.
