  • Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce (Intermediate)/Google Analytics 4 Certification/CXL Certified Growth Marketing Minidegree.

  • Prior experience working in construction-adjacent sectors (e.g. Insulation, renewable energy).Familiarity with retrofit CRM platforms, grant application journeys, and homeowner personas in Ireland.

  • Understanding of the Irish home energy upgrade market.



Responsibilities & Context:

A marketing manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our company's products and services, build brand awareness, and drive sales. They oversee a team of marketing professionals, manage budgets, and analyse campaign performance to ensure objectives are met.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴:

  • Developing Marketing Strategies: Creating comprehensive marketing plans aligned with overall business goals.

  • Market Research: Conducting research to understand target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.

  • Budget Management: Allocating and managing marketing budgets effectively.

  • Setting Objectives and KPIs: Establishing measurable goals and key performance indicators for marketing campaigns.

  • 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:

  • Overseeing Campaigns: Managing the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, advertising).

  • Content Creation: Ensuring high-quality content is produced for marketing materials, including website, blog, and social media.

  • Brand Management: Maintaining brand consistency and positive brand image across all marketing efforts.

  • Agency Management: Collaborating with external agencies (e.g., advertising, PR) and managing their performance.

  • 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴:

  • Performance Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using data analytics tools.

  • Reporting Results: Providing regular reports to senior management on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

  • Identifying Areas for Improvement: Analyzing campaign results to identify areas for optimization and improvement.

  • 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:

  • Leading and Motivating: Providing leadership and guidance to the marketing team.

  • Delegating Tasks: Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.

  • Fostering Collaboration: Encouraging teamwork and collaboration within the marketing team.

  • 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

  • Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies.

  • Building Relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Product Launch Support: Assisting with the marketing aspects of new product or service launches.

  • Event Planning: Coordinating and managing marketing events and promotions.

  • In essence, a marketing manager is a strategic leader who drives the marketing efforts of an organization, ensuring that campaigns are effective, efficient, and aligned with our business objectives.
