Experience:

• 4 to 7 years

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Interaction/Design/Computer Science/Multimedia/Psychology, or a related field from a reputed university.

• 4 to 7 years

• Age 24 to 35 years

• Alternatively, a strong design portfolio can substitute for a formal degree.
• Proven experience designing user interfaces and experiences for ERP or SaaS products.
• Proficiency in Figma (preferable), Adobe XD, or similar UI/UX tools.
• Strong understanding of design systems, information architecture, and responsive UI design.
• Experience conducting user research, including interviews and usability testing, and analyzing test results to drive design improvements.
• Familiarity with HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail in layout, typography, color theory, interaction, and consistency.
• Portfolio showcasing UI work and basic UX thinking.
• Has expertise in industry-relevant AI tools.

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

As Senior UI/UX Designer, you are responsible for leading the design of user interfaces and experiences for our digital products, ensuring they are both functional and user-friendly. In this role, you will conduct and lead user research, create wireframes and interactive prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, intuitive products.

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀: Conduct user research, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, to understand user needs and behaviors.

• 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.

• 𝗪𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.

• 𝗨𝗜 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

• 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: Mentor junior designers, guide them in their work, and contribute to the overall design vision.

• 𝗨𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.

• 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Ensure designs are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.

• 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱: Keep up with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

• 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

• 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Effectively communicate design concepts, rationale, and research findings to stakeholders.
