Experience:

• 2 to 6 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field from a reputed university.

• 2 to 6 years

• Age 21 to 28 years

• Alternatively, a strong design portfolio can substitute for a formal degree.
• Proven experience designing user interfaces and experiences for ERP or SaaS products.
• Proficiency in Figma (preferable), Adobe XD, or similar UI/UX tools.
• Strong understanding of design systems, information architecture, and responsive UI design.
• Experience conducting user research, including interviews and usability testing, and analyzing test results to drive design improvements.
• Familiarity with HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail in layout, typography, color theory, interaction, and consistency.
• Portfolio showcasing UI work and basic UX thinking.
• Has expertise in industry-relevant AI tools.

UI/UX designers are responsible for creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for digital products, such as websites, apps, and software. Their work focuses on enhancing user satisfaction and usability by improving the product's accessibility, efficiency, and aesthetics.

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵: Understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations through various research methods like interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

• 𝗪𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴: Creating low-fidelity wireframes to outline the basic structure and layout, and then developing interactive prototypes to test and refine the user interface.

• 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻: Designing the visual elements of the interface, including layout, typography, color palettes, and imagery, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

• 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻: Designing the way users interact with the interface, including navigation, animations, and feedback mechanisms.

• 𝗨𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: Conducting user testing sessions to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs based on user feedback.

• 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals.

• 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Ensuring that the product is accessible to users with disabilities.

• 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱: Keeping up with the latest design trends, best practices, and technologies.

• 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Creating and maintaining design documentation, including style guides and design systems.
