Job Responsibilities:
∎ B2C
∎ Manage all marketing activities at the retail shops & eTail (Direct Fetch) to drive sales, revenue and subscribers with KPI
∎ Work closely with internal and external agencies to roll-out campaigns within deadlines
∎ Work closely with the sales team to collect customer feedback and design campaigns accordingly
∎ Run market research to identify market need/gap and design campaigns/offer/marketing materials accordingly
∎ Run pre and post campaign analysis to measure the campaign performance and make decisions accordingly
∎ Regular reporting and presentations to management
∎ Ensure adequate branding at the stores and adjacent areas to ensure brand awareness
∎ Tie up with partners for regular product offers
∎ B2B
∎ Work closely with the sales team and support on-boarding business clients to roll-out shops.
∎ Explore co-branding opportunities with business clients.
∎ Work with business clients for joint campaigns.
∎ Time to time business updates with the clients.
∎ Plan and implement business client retention programs and loyalty management activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
