∎ Post-graduation degree from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for performing Marketing & Sales for all types of sweater yarn.
∎ The Candidate must have sound knowledge on all types of sweater yarn count/composition and quality.
∎ Develop new customers (sweater Factory/Buying house) to increase yarn orders volume so candidates should be able to achieve half year/yearly sales target
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning for sales/target, including operational excellence.
∎ Overseas communication skill and follow the pricing of the overseas yarn mill and negotiate with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Follow the update on bulk yarn production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by the buyers.
∎ Clear knowledge about Supply chain/Backward linkage management
∎ Proper execution of orders according to TNA to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Familiar with vessel booking, follow up ETD, ETA, berthing, un-staffing on time in housing of each & every consignment.
∎ Sound knowledge in commercial issues including payment collections is a routine work.
∎ Daily , weekly & monthly follow up chart preparations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in sales & marketing. Experience in any yarn company will be get highly preference.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and achieve target.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills, action oriented approach to work and decision making.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality to lead the business.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is must.
