Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating and developing innovative ways to communicate the company message to their new/existing customers.
∎ Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
∎ Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
∎ Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
∎ Achieving monthly/weekly target sales.
∎ Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
∎ Achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Regular field visit, arranging presentation to the customer to collect lead and conversion into sale.
∎ Regular interaction with existing customer to ensure close relationship.
∎ Identify market behavior, monitor threats & opportunities, competitor's strategy and customer trends for future growth of this business.
∎ Develop Sales-Plan of Concrete block for meeting demands of the customer.
∎ Contribute to make long and short term business plan of building products.
∎ Achieve sales target and objective of the territory as per budget
∎ Execute marketing & sales campaigns as per plan
∎ Participate in branding & promotional activities
∎ Ensure proper product detailing to the customers
∎ Visit to existing & potential customers as per tour plan
∎ Complete any other task assigned by the management
∎ Work as a Sales Representative
∎ Interact with the Customer
∎ Do market Survey
∎ Visit new customer daily.
∎ Collect order from customer.
∎ Maintain Strong understanding of customer requirements & Sales operation.
∎ Provides timely feedback to management regarding performance.
∎ Planning and executing all marketing & Sales activities of the organization.
∎ Planning and implementing various promotional activities of market.
∎ Do digital marketing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2-4 years of experience in core sales preferably in security services company/cleaning company/ Bank/ Financial Institution/ Leasing /Insurance sector
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bank/ Financial Institution/ Leasing /Insurance sector
