Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Relevant marketing experience in managing client relationships at both B2B and B2C segments for Real-Estate projects.
∎ Develop all marketing and sales strategies, integrated marketing plans and execute marketing methodologies consistent with the goals of the business.
∎ Provide accurate market research and analysis, prepare reports and sales forecasts to senior management as well as develop methods to increase market share of the company for Real-Estate projects.
∎ Analyze data on markets, competitors and consumers as well as keep up with market information, trends and updates to formulate ways to gain more sales.
∎ Work with internal specialists such as designers, advertising managers and marketing service executives to achieve marketing goals.
∎ Performs direct customer sales in key areas to achieve sales targets; promotes and maintains customer relations with prospective clients nationwide.
∎ Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of marketing policies, objectives, and short-term as well as long-term planning to meet established marketing goals and achieve sales targets.
∎ Grow the social media (ex: facebook followers, youtube subscribers) communities of each platform.
∎ Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews/queries and respond to each review/query.
∎ Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the management group.
