∎ Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated
∎ Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability
∎ Willingness to travel as needed within Bangladesh
∎ Experience in the manpower recruitment or marketing sector is a plus
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Increase the number of manpower suppliers from across Bangladesh
∎ Market and promote current overseas job openings to suppliers and relevant networks
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers
∎ Convince suppliers to provide suitable candidates for required trades
∎ Generate new leads and opportunities to meet recruitment targets
∎ Assist in branding and promotional activities for Rahmania Corporation
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with client demands
∎ Participate in field visits, events, and supplier meetings when necessary
