Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make outbound calls to potential candidates from provided databases or leads.
∎ Receive inbound calls from interested applicants and address their inquiries.
∎ Clearly explain available overseas job opportunities, the application process, and general requirements for working abroad (e.g., basic visa concepts).
∎ Ask pre-defined questions to conduct initial screening and assess candidate suitability.
∎ Schedule interviews or follow-up calls between qualified candidates and Recruitment Consultants.
∎ Accurately and promptly update candidate information in the company database (CRM/ATS).
∎ Maintain call logs and necessary reports.Provide excellent customer service at all times and represent the agency professionally.Assist other members of the recruitment team as needed.
∎ Develop and execute compelling marketing campaigns to reach potential Bangladeshi migrant workers who are interested in working abroad.
∎ These campaigns must emphasize legitimate, safe, and transparent recruitment processes.
∎ Create informative content (e.g., videos, brochures, social media posts) detailing job requirements, visa processes, cultural adaptation, and worker rights.
∎ Utilize local channels and community outreach programs, alongside digital platforms, to build trust and educate candidates.
∎ Manage and optimize online job postings on relevant national and international job portals, ensuring clear and accurate information.Implement targeted social media campaigns (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) popular among Bangladeshi job seekers, using culturally relevant messaging.
∎ Develop and manage SMS and WhatsApp campaigns to reach candidates in a timely and direct manner.
∎ The primary goal of this role is to proactively identify and attract Bangladeshi job seekers who wish to work abroad, while also establishing relationships with international employers (who are looking for Bangladeshi talent) and showcasing the quality of our services to them.
