Responsibilities & Context: We are seeking a motivated, articulate, and customer-focused Part-Time Call Center Representative to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for many potential candidates, you will be crucial in representing our agency, providing initial information about overseas job opportunities, answering queries, and qualifying potential applicants.
This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a professional attitude.
Work Schedule:
- This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates from provided databases or leads.
- Receive inbound calls from interested applicants and address their inquiries.
- Clearly explain available overseas job opportunities, the application process, and general requirements for working abroad (e.g., basic visa concepts).
- Ask pre-defined questions to conduct initial screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews or follow-up calls between qualified candidates and Recruitment Consultants.
- Accurately and promptly update candidate information in the company database (CRM/ATS).
- Maintain call logs and necessary reports.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times and represent the agency professionally.
- Assist other members of the recruitment team as needed.
