- Office Visit/ফোন/অনলাইন মাধ্যমে কাস্টমারের সাথে যোগাযোগ রাখা।
- প্রেজেন্টেশন ও প্রোমোশনাল কার্যক্রমে অংশ নেওয়া।
- মার্কেটিং কার্যক্রমের রেকর্ড রাখা।
