∎ Prepare Corporate Sales Development Plan, Strategy, and Planning.
∎ Able to sell our products.
∎ Experience will be considered as a special qualification.
∎ Able to achieve sales target given by Management need the attitude to listen.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate houses.
∎ Follow up and visit prospective clients regularly.
∎ Ordering and promoting products to clients.
∎ Creating and developing innovative ways to communicate the company message to existing clients.
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales by successfully executing the sales plan.
∎ Preparation of Presentation of the proposal and assigned subject matters.
∎ Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
∎ Able to do door-to-door corporate sales and generate new sales.
∎ Monitors competitor's activities and assists in marketing intelligence.
∎ Sells to new, existing, and prospective clients considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating an optimum rate for the benefit of the business.
∎ Manage the corporate head office.
∎ Provides direction on and conducts market research and analysis.
∎ Maintain regular contact with the regional reservation office.
∎ Maintain files, records, and reports as it pertains to contacts, planning activities, timelines, contracts, purchase orders, and post-meeting notes. Complete forecasts, plans, and productivity reports for management.
∎ Monitors local competitors and compares their operation with his/her operation.
∎ Provides direction on and conducts market research.

The ideal candidates must have a strong background in Chemical, Paints, Paper industries Corporate Sales & marketing. The candidates have to be hard-working individuals who have a creative as well as analytical mindset. He should be a self-motivated and driven person.
∎ Job Location: Based in Dhaka, but sometimes may need to go outside Dhaka to follow up with the clients.
