Job Responsibilities:
∎ To meet or exceed the sales targets set by management.
∎ Achieve the plan by attracting new customers, increasing sales, and developing and executing direct marketing initiatives.
∎ Maintain client relations and provide excellent customer service.
∎ Assist customers with their problems and build relationships with both existing and new customers.
∎ Make sure the L/C, UD, and payment collection from the customer are all in order.
∎ Visit potential direct sales customers and meet the monthly individual sales objective.
∎ In charge of market research, product development, pricing, communication, acquisition, market planning, competitor information, market demands, and other objectives.
∎ To ensure timely product delivery and customer service, maintain good interaction between clients and internal cross functional divisions/departments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ At least 2year experience in any marketing position, Business Development, Marketing, Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments, Garments Accessories
∎ Proven leadership in sales and marketing with 2-4 years of experience.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English
∎ Skilled in Microsoft Office and database management.
∎ Sales experience in the garment accessory industry.
∎ Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Proactiveness, analytical judgment

Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
