∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for energetic people who are ready to take challenges to join us as a merchandiser.
∎ Coordinate production requirements from merchandising till shipment.
∎ Monitor production to ensure time schedule and quality of garments.
∎ Represent the company on external communication with suppliers and clients.
∎ Make sure all fabrics and accessories are in house on time for production.
∎ Provide internal communication to bridge information from client to production and timely transfer of client's technical specification, requirement, queries to all related department.
∎ Sample follow up and coordinate with other departments related to orders.
∎ Handle customers' inquiries and complaints
∎ Acquiring information needed for management.
∎ Source material, accessories or new vendors
∎ Build and maintain strong business relationships with vendors
∎ Evaluate vendors' capability
∎ Keep track of vendors' performance
∎ Any other work or report completion as directed by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill in English
∎ Computer skills in MS-Office, MS-Excel, Internet
∎ Self-motivated, confident and proactive
∎ Focused and detail oriented
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Should have continuous learning mind set
