Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in any discipline or Diploma (Marine preferable).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the development and monitoring crude oil unloading plan from ship, Bitumen and others light product loading activities drum transfer and any other cargo loading and unloading activities.
∎ Follow product loading unloading plan & schedule.
∎ Advices the Master to berth & unberth the ship safely, follow mooring plan.
∎ Supervise the vessel operation in jetty, vessel movement control.
∎ Bulk quantity oil measurement, follow the activities of third party surveyor, quantification and documentation.
∎ Understanding of marine transportation line for product delivery, including divisional objectives, customer base, company protocols and relevant issues.
∎ Coordinating with the team working on marine-based civil work to ensure proper work for safe navigation of ship.
∎ Collect loading advice from Distribution department and inform store, oil movement and Lab accordingly.
∎ Collect vessel arrival notice from Logistic Department and prepare jetty for safe mooring.
∎ Supervise vessel movement in the BOGCL jetty.
∎ Light product calculation according to BSTI calibration chart.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Vessel Operation, Quantification of Oil Products. Loading/unloading operation, oil measurement and jetty management.
∎ Experience in oil products metering, delivery, quantity measurement and reconciliation and dispatch documentation of bitumen and liquid product loading by ships.
∎ Working knowledge on MS Office
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
