Minimum 15 years of hands on experience in executive leadership roles in multinational Software Company (10 years of experience in overseas MNC)
Minimum 5Years+ experience of working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) Lab & Natural Language Processing (NLP) Lab is mandatory
Fluency in Korean language is a pre-requisite (Writing and Speaking)
Required experience to co-worked with multicultural people
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop mid-to-long-term and short-term technology roadmaps.
Identify future growth engines by predicting customer needs, market trends, and tech advancements.
Enhance competitiveness through advanced R&D, IP protection, and standardization.
Manage development budgets, costs, and business plans.
Oversee equipment investments and asset management strategies.
Plan and manage tasks to achieve development goals on schedule.
