Job Context:
∎ Looking for Managing Director and Head of Sales & Marketing & CSCM, Bangladesh
∎ Shall be responsible to the Linde Bangladesh Board of the Company and in all respects conform to and comply with directions and regulations made by the Board and shall well and faithfully serve the Company
∎ Efficiently manage all aspects of the operation of Linde Bangladesh for achieving the business performance on multiple parameters of profitability, growth, image and vitality with the plans and policies of the Group Board.
∎ Responsible for the delivery of the full P&L of the Bulk, PG&P and Hardgoods business in the country
∎ Responsible for the implementation of agreed strategy for the country. Also responsible for implementation of best commercial and operating practices as defined globally by the Cluster as well as the Regional BU team.
∎ Responsible for providing strong and visible leadership for the safety and governance agenda in the country
∎ Responsible for the people development agenda
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sets challenging Corporate and Functional goals, taking into account the expectations of all stakeholders, dealers, suppliers, government, employees and shareholders.
∎ Accountable for the successful delivery of the P&L (Bulk/PG&P/Hardgoods) in the country
∎ Ensure the development and implementation of annual and medium term plans and budgets which will meet company financial objectives.
∎ Ensure that the country maintains the necessary production capability to meet identified customer requirements within defined cost and quality standards
∎ Ensure that the country has the appropriate processes and systems to monitor and control its operations effectively and achieve its financial targets
∎ Shared accountability for delivery of the overall P&L for the country.
∎ Personal commitment to and ownership of the country safety agenda.
∎ Drive and implement regional functional initiatives to achieve best operational and commercial practices through the country
∎ Accountable for people development in the country
