Education:
Must be post graduate from any recognized university having no third division/class in academic background. Post Graduate from Economics/Accounting/Finance/Banking or Business Administration will be considered as additional qualification.

- Age must be within 62 years.
- Must have at least 20 years’ of active experience in any Bank or Financial Institution out of which at least 2 years’ of experience in the immediate previous position of Managing Director.
- Any other experiences and eligibility will remain as per Bangladesh Bank DFIM Circular no. 03 dated March 25, 2024.
