Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree in any discipline, preferably in Finance/Banking/ Economics/Business Administration from a reputed university/ institution in home or abroad. FCMA/ FCA may be considered as an added qualification for deserving candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 60 years
∎ The deserving candidate should have extensive knowledge in Banking/ Non-Banking Financial Institution Management with minimum 20 years of working experience in Banks/ Non-Banking Financial Institution which should include:
∎ - Managing Director and/ or Chief Executive Officer. OR
∎ - Minimum 02 (two) years of experience as AMD/DMD. (Second Tier)
∎ Candidates must have strong knowledge and capability of Business Development, Credit Management, Capital market operations, Recovery and related legal matters, Negotiation capabilities with different Stakeholders and leadership ability to lead the Team.
∎ Age Limit: Not exceeding 60 years as on 31-8-2023
∎ (Age limit is relaxable in case of exceptionally deserving candidate)
Salary:
∎ Negotiable within the policy of the company and Bangladesh Bank Guidelines.
