Responsibilities & Context:
ZTE Corporation Bangladesh Ltd, A 100% foreign-invested Chinese company is seeking experienced candidates for the position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead telecom equipment development initiatives
- Transition manual processes to telecom equipment-based solutions
- Communicate regularly with HQ in Chinese to provide updates on the country`s telecom market
- Develop and prepare strategies to achieve market leadership
- Ensure compliance with local telecom regulations
- Oversee and manage local operations, ensuring alignment with HQ directives
- Coordinate with various departments to implement HQ strategies effectively
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and telecom partners
