Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for garments accessories (e.g., zippers, buttons, labels, tags, elastics, tapes, hangers, lace, etc.).
∎ • Identify and approach potential clients including buying houses, garment factories, and exporters.
∎ • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and pricing.
∎ • Prepare and deliver product presentations and quotations tailored to client needs.
∎ • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with customers to close profitable deals.
∎ • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
∎ • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings to promote products and expand the customer base.
∎ • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and report on sales performance and forecasts.
∎ • Maintain an organized database of customer interactions, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools.
∎ • Collaborate with the product development team to align offerings with market demand and customer feedback.
∎ • Handle after-sales service and address any client concerns or complaints promptly.
