∎ BSc. in Textile Engineering from a reputed University with good academic track record.
Job Context:
∎ A reputed Spinning Mill is looking for potential candidates as Manager/Sr. Manager (Production) for its 100% export based Cotton Spinning Mill Project located at Madhobpur, Habigonj District.
∎ Total Capacity of the plant is 60,000/- spindles (Approx.)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidates will be responsible to ensure production of Cotton and Blended Yarn (PC/CVC/Viscose/Melange) as per the set program with due consideration of Quality.
∎ Candidates having minimum 08 years of experience in production of 100% export based Cotton/ Blended Yarn are only encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have minimum 8 years of relevant experience in well-known Spinning Mills, out of which minimum 2 years as a Production Manager.
∎ Should have thorough product knowledge
∎ Should have Strong leadership & organizational skills
∎ Should be dynamic, result oriented, cost conscious and conversant with modern spinning production management system
∎ Should have computer skills & able to produce various reports for the management
